Types of sounds:-

Speech sounds are produced by the vocal tract, the mouth, the nose, throat and lungs.

There are three types of sounds produced either on oral cavity or nasal cavity.

Oral sounds:-

The type of sounds, during the production of which, the air passes only through the mouth are called oral sounds.

Examples,

P/t/d/s/f/v/ etc. 

Nasal sounds:-

Type of sounds, during the production of which, the air passes only through nose are called nasal sounds.

Examples,

m/n/ing etc

Nasalized sounds:-

Type of sounds, during the production of which, the air passes from mouth and nose simultaneously are called nasalized sounds.

There are no individual nasalized sounds in English language but we can make it clear from a Hindi word " Aae " sound.
