ORDER AND CHAOS
(And then again a new order)
Oscar Wilde once said, "Without order nothing can exist and without chaos nothing can evolve". He was so right. Order is a state of harmonious equilibrium. Who doesn't desire it? But the truth is that any system in a prolonged state of order starts becoming stagnant. And as we all know, stagnation brings weakness in a system. Weakness brings instability, which in return brings chaos. And chaos destroys the established order. It is from that point onwards that a struggle starts to create another order. And in that struggle things change and systems evolve. That's why a great system is not the one that avoids chaos. No one can avoid it. But the real greatness of any system is that it can absorb the chaos and evolve into a new equilibrium. Into a new order which will also not last forever. And thankfully so.
